Director-General of Health, Datuk Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah became the most remembered person of the year. His presence is often awaited daily to announce the latest developments of COVID-19 in Malaysia. Most Malaysians were impressed with him in addressing the COVID-19 crisis that hit not only Malaysia but the world.
Every day, without hesitation he would answer questions from reporters during a press conference. Even more amazingly, the loyalty to the questions was answered smoothly and well understood by everyone.
But today, it's a bit different from the previous press conference. Without realizing it, he spoke in tears and shed tears in front of the media. In a video uploaded to TV9 News, Dr. Noor Hisham said goodbye to his comrade, Datuk Dr. Rohaizat bin Yon.
In closing his speech, Dr. Noor Hisham thanked Dr. Rohaizad for his commitment to combating the COVID-19 outbreak.
