Entering the last days of the holy month, Ramadan. It feels like a fleeting moment, of course, as this month of Ramadan departs, the last 10 days will be a struggle for all Muslims. Lailatul Qadar, the night mentioned in Surah Al-Qadr, where it is better than a thousand months.
Indeed, Muslims are called upon to multiply the practice of Allah SWT and the wisdom of this night is kept secret so that we all seek to 'seek it'.
How do we get Lailatul Qadar night?
Of course, finding a good night is not easy, and not everyone is fortunate enough to meet it. At best, we must increase our efforts to continue worshiping Him especially during these last 10 nights as practiced by the Messenger of Allah.
Some of the steps you can take during the last 10 nights are as follows:
[1] Wake Up at Night
The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) says in the Muslim Hadith
"Whoever performs Issyak prayer in the congregation, as if he had a midnight prayer (midnight). And whoever does the morning prayer of the congregation, as if he had been doing it all night. "
[2] Exploring Worship
Prophet Muhammad S.A.W said,
"Whoever lives Lailatul Qadar night with various acts of worship confidently and faithfully in the reward of Allah and sincerely, Allah will forgive all his past sins."
Worship that needs to be enhanced is to perform the five-hour prayer, establish Qiyamul Lail (recited prayer, Tahajjud, etc.), recite the Quran, meditate, recite and pray and perform other practices. Worship should also be done in earnest and earnest.
[3] Ethics in the Mosque
In addition, a retreat in the mosque is also a way to get a full night's blessings. Abu Said tells the story of the Prophet's Messenger at the mosque at that time laying out the ground and watering it in Muslim History Hadith
"I saw on the forehead of the Messenger of Allah that there was a mud slide on the morning of Ramadan."
[4] Worship in Worship
To obtain the blessedness and glory of the night lailatul qadar is to pray (in earnest) in worship to Allah Almighty. Hadith of Muslim History states:
"Indeed, the beloved Prophet during the last 10 days of the month of Ramadan, is more blessed than his devotion at any other time"
Worshiping here is analogous to fasting without committing sin, reading the Quran with understanding, appreciation and performing circumcision.
[5] Pray Full Heart
Pray earnestly, confident that God will forgive us our sins and answer our prayers.
"O Messenger of Allah, what do you think if I get Laylat al-Qadr? What prayers should I read? " Aisha asked
The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said, "Speak, O Allah! Truly You are Forgiving, Glorious, and You love forgiveness. Then forgive me. " [HR Tirmidzi]
The above prayer was suggested by the Prophet Muhammad when his wife Aishah RA asked him what to say if he knew that night was lailatul qadar.
